ACCELERATED RESOLUTION THERAPY PRACTITIONER

IFS LEVEL 1 TRAINED TRAUMA THERAPIST

Sarah believes in the power of connection and authenticity in therapy. Taking a systemic approach, she explores how relationships, past experiences, and personal growth intersect to shape a person’s journey.

Sarah specializes in working with teens, young adults and seeing couples. She enjoys guiding clients toward fulfilling relationships and a deeper understanding of themselves.

Sarah knows how valuable it is to feel connected with your partner through healthy communication and conflict. Her work with couples is grounded in the belief that conflict is an opportunity for deeper connection, and that healing begins when partners feel heard and understood. Sarah’s philosophy is rooted in a mix of attachment theory, Gottman Method, and Collaborative Therapy. She uses a gentle approach to sessions, helping couples explore what is working, what is not, and identify practical steps toward their goals. She believes that all couples deserve a space where they feel validated and understood, and that therapy can be an important part of that journey for many couples.

Sarah also enjoys her work with individual clients. She has helped individuals who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, anger, relationships, generational trauma, and more. She believes that individuals must feel safe and comfortable for therapy to be successful. Sarah’s theoretical orientation incorporates Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Collaborative Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care, creating a personalized treatment plan for every client.

Outside of therapy, you can find Sarah enjoying the outdoors, camping, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
